Description

Symptomatic management of chronic heart failure in adult patients in sinus rhythm with a documented left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of at least 35% and a heart rate of 77 bpm or higher, in conjunction with the best available conventional treatment for chronic heart failure.
