Given as three single-component formulations or as a dual-component and single-component formulation, it is suggested for essential hypertension as a substitute therapy in individuals whose blood pressure is effectively maintained on amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide (hct). The fixed-combination medication is not advised for the treatment of hypertension.
