For the management of acute, oncologic, chronic, and/or superficial (contaminated) wounds. Patients with necrotic or sloughy wounds were the target audience for the creation of Melladerm® Plus. When applied to a wound, pure honey is known to induce discomfort; Melladerm® Plus provides a more mild method.
