Description
The condition where there is too much acid in the stomach is treated with esomeprazole. It is used to treat erosive esophagitis, GERD (gastric reflux disease), duodenal and gastric ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, a condition in which the stomach overproduces acid.
