Description

Adult patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1, 2, 3, 5, or 6 should be treated with FOSBU V (sofosbuvir and velpatasvir); this medication can be used in conjunction with ribavirin to treat patients with decompensated cirrhosis as well as those without it.
