Tyrosine kinase inhibitors are the group of medications that includes Enliven. It is used to treat gastrointestinal stromal tumors as well as blood cancers (chronic myeloid leukemia and acute lymphocytic leukemia). Enliven should be taken with food, but for optimal effects, take it at the same time each day. As long as your doctor prescribes it, you should keep taking it.
