Description

Letrozole is recommended for treating postmenopausal women with early-stage hormone receptor (HR) positive breast cancer, postmenopausal women with early-stage breast cancer who have received tamoxifen treatment for a prolonged period of time, and postmenopausal women with advanced hormone receptor (HR) positive or unknown breast cancer.
