Description

A medication called anafortan is used to treat dysmenorrhea, or irregular menstruation, which causes abdominal pain. It is a mixture of two medications: paracetamol and camylofin. Camylofin is an antispasmodic that relaxes the muscles of the stomach and intestines and stops them from contracting suddenly.
