Eligibility for Returns

Products must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original, unused, unopened condition with all original packaging.

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Items not meeting the return conditions will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

We work with trusted brands and partners to ensure all products are delivered in the best condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately:

Replacements may be arranged, and defective items may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective or sent in error:

• Medicines (once delivered)

• Hygiene products (if used)

• Body supports, socks, wearable items

• Baby formula, baby food, fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, makeup, and haircare products – must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Initiate the Process:
   Contact our customer support team by phone or email within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Case Evaluation:
   Our team will review your request in line with the return conditions above. You will be notified of the outcome via call or email.

3. Return Pickup & Refund:

   • If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup of the eligible items within 1 to 2 business days.

   • If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be processed in cash or to your bank account.

   • For online payments, refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow 5–20 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. You will be notified via SMS or email once it has been initiated.
