Description

Conditions where the stomach produces excessive amounts of acid are treated with it. High stomach acid can lead to a number of issues, including duodenal and stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (a condition where stomach acid refluxes back into the food pipe), and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
