Description

Valam is used as an initial therapy if it is unlikely that one blood pressure medication will achieve adequate control, or to treat hypertension in patients who are not adequately controlled on one blood pressure medication. DRUG RELATIONS: DOSE AND ADMINISTRATION: A daily dose of 5 mg/160 mg to 10 mg/320 mg is typical.
