Description

Indiacted in patients with normal sinus rhythm who have a contraindication to or intolerance to -blockers when no therapy is sufficient, as well as in patients with chronic stable angina and coronary artery disease whose heart rates are greater than 60 beats per minute. Systolic dysfunction in patients with sinus rhythm and heart rate of less than 75 beats per minute who have stable chronic heart failure (NYHA II–IV) and are receiving standard therapy, which may include beta-blockers when it is not appropriate or well tolerated.
