Description

In patients with heart attacks that happen within a few days to less than 35 days, ischemic strokes that happen within seven days to less than six months, and peripheral artery disease (disease of the arteries supplying the extremities), this medication is used to prevent atherothrombotic events (sudden plaque formation leading to blood clot).
