Description

Daclatasvir is used to treat chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver, along with sofosbuvir, another antiviral drug. It is never recommended to use daclatasvir without sofosbuvir. It is also possible to combine daclatasvir and sofosbuvir with ribavirin, another antiviral drug. When these drugs are taken combined, the amount of hepatitis C virus in your bloodstream is decreased, boosting your immune system’s ability to combat the infection and possibly speeding up liver recovery.
